NO GUARANTEE IS GIVEN ON THE FOLLOWING:
A-Against Parvo ,Corona Virus or Kennel cough as immunities vary from each dog
B-payment of any veterinarian bills made.incurred by the buyer
C-Female dogs being able to produce liters or male dogs having both testies when mature
D-For show potential,size of dog,slipped joints,or death due to negligence on the buyers part.
E-Against hip displasia,thickness of coat, any and all mites or parasites
F-Teeth, bite or luxating patellas
G-Ignorance feeding Hypoglycemia ( low blood sugars ) is NOT covered
There are no cash refunds for any reason,Deposits are non-refundable ( buyers int)_________
The buyer is hereby advised that the dog is sold as is and without warrenty or recourse beyond 72 hours of sold date/time or pick up sold/date and time(which ever is later )
It's the buyers prerogative ( but is suggested ) to have the dog checked by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase/pick-up at no cost to the seller and seller shall be notified within the 24 hour.If a licensed Veterinarian determines the dog has an un-treatable life threatening disease or illness,Dog is to be returned with written notification from the licensed Veterinarian within 24 hours to qualify for a replacement dog only. There is no cash refunds. If a replacement dog is unavailable at the time then buyer will have first pick of same sex purchased from next available liter.
Seller has the right to choose another Veterinarian for a second opinion to confirm diagnosis before a replacement dog is given.
Health Guarantee is VOID if buyer sells or gives the dog/puppy away to another person.
The sale of this dog/puppy to a research laboratory or research facility would result in a min of $500 penalty plus court costs.
